职位描述：
He / She is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects and administration, and ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Job Description
1. Work as the contact window between customer and R&D department.
2. Carry out project management activities including the development of project scope, project plans, management of project resources and project close-out activities.
3. Serves as the link between R&D and operational team involved in releasing products to mass productions (manufacturing, engineering, supply-chain, quality, sales, etc.).
4. Work with all teams to understand their requirements and schedule for release of products, helps ensure product spec, operations and all other teams’ requirements are included in all schedules and scoping of work.
5. Ensure all teams are ready for pilot builds, coordinate and lead the pilot runs.
6. Coordinate customer visit or audit, obtaining critical approvals.
7. Report regularly on project status to management and related parties
Requirements
1. University degree or above.
2. Working experiences on project management, working experience or study abroad would be a plus.
3. Fluent and proficient in verbal and written English.
4. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, confident, strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to handle multiple tasks, independent work abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
