Purpose of the Job 工作目的:

Support customer within our products to get projects design win in Shenzhen area.

支持深圳地区客户把公司的产品设计到客户的项目里.

Main duties:主要职责:

1.     Technical application support for Customers

给客户提供应用技术支持

1.1  Analysis the technical requirements of the customer and make proposal of products which can fit in the requirements.

分析客户的技术需求, 根据需求选择我们最合适的产品，给出合理化建议

1.2 Supply the customer with speaker/receiver application solutions.

给客户提供扬声器/受话器的应用解决方案

2Technical support base on the acoustic knowledge.

基于声学知识的技术支持

·         Acoustic training for customers.

给客户提供声学培训

2.     Acoustic analysis coordination with quality department.

协同质量部门进行声学分析.

3.     Technical exchange with headquarter people in Vienna and Beijing

和总部维也纳的同事之间的技术交流

·         Communication on products and applications.

对产品和应用的沟通与交流

·         Project coordination.

项目上的协作

·         Local technical supports for global customers from headquarter.

对全球客户的本地化技术支持

·         Build up good relationship with customers.

Education: 教育

·         University degree in electronics or mechanical, prefer majority related to acoustic area.

电子或机械方面的本科学历，声学相关专业则更佳

·         Familiar with PRO-E file and mobile design process.

熟悉PRO-E文档和手机设计过程

·         Acoustic education background.

具有声学相关的教育背景

Minimum job experience-preferable: 最少工作经验

·         Worked in acoustic solution company of telecom market minimum 3 years or acoustic institute

至少两年在通讯声学方案公司或者声学研究所的工作经验

·         Knowledge of telecom market quite well.

良好的通讯市场的了解

·         Know national audio standard of mobile phone like FTA, master one kind of acoustic measurement system at least.

熟悉手机音频的国际标准如FTA, 至少掌握一种声学测试系统。

·         Acoustic application experience in telecom area.

通讯领域的声学应用经验

·         Fluent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point)

熟练使用微软办公软件(Word, Excel, Project, Power Point)

Special knowledge and character: 特殊知识和品质

·         English (fluent English in read, write and speech)

英文（流利的英文读，写，说）

·         Power communication with different cultural background (Chinese, worldwide).
